Bringing 16 years of hands-on construction experience, Amos Stolztzfus is a true veteran of the trade. While Amos handles the big-picture tasks (like human resources and scheduling), he’s definitely not an “office-only” owner. In fact, Amos’s favorite part of the job is stepping out from behind the desk to personally visit a home and solve a tricky repair issue for a customer.

A true local, Amos grew up in Lititz, PA, and takes great pride in serving the community he knows so well. He believes in straightforward service and getting the job done right the first time. When he isn’t keeping Scenic View Roofing running smoothly, Amos stays busy in the great outdoors as an avid hunter and treasures every moment he gets to spend relaxing with his family.

Bernardo is the engine that keeps our projects moving. Bringing nearly 12 years of construction experience to the Project and Operations Manager role, Bernardo is the guy making sure crews run smoothly, the shop is fully stocked, and every order is exactly where it needs to be.

Originally from New York, Bernardo has called this area home since grade school and cares deeply about the community he serves. For him, the best part of the job isn’t just the logistics—it’s building genuine connections and helping our customers feel confident in their homes.

When Bernardo is off the clock, he’s all about family and friends and loves to travel—whether it’s a quick drive for a quiet weekend in the mountains or catching a flight to relax on a tropical island beach.

As our lead in Sales and Estimating, Steve brings over 12 years of deep expertise in roofing, siding, and decks. He’s our go-to for answering questions and helping homeowners navigate their entire exterior project.

As Steve puts it, his goal is to provide the absolute best value for a homeowner’s investment while staying strictly within their budget. He takes pride in taking a project that feels overwhelming and turning it into a clear, stress-free process.

Local to the area, Steve grew up on an Amish dairy farm in southern Lancaster County. Lancaster has always been home, and that deep-rooted connection to the community drives his commitment to providing top-notch service to his neighbors. Outside of work, Steve’s life is anchored by his faith and his family. When he isn’t helping homeowners, you can usually find him exploring real estate investments or enjoying a round of golf.

Sue is the organized voice behind the scenes at Scenic View Roofing. She’s been a vital part of our team for the last four years and as our Admin Assistant and Bookkeeper, she handles everything from the phone calls and warranties to ensuring the office runs as smoothly as our roofing projects.

For Sue, the best part of the workday is the “after” photo—not just of the roof, but of the customer’s experience. She loves hearing how satisfied homeowners are when a project is finished, knowing she helped make it happen through clear, honest, and timely communication.

While Sue isn’t originally from the area, she’s called Berks County home for the last 17 years. And when she isn’t keeping our books in order, you’re likely to find her outside gardening, traveling, or hitting the beach with her family.
