For those interested in becoming crew members, we are looking to fill two distinct roles: the Roofing Team Leader and the Roofing Tech, each of which plays a vital part in our mission-driven operations. Please read through the job descriptions below to understand the specific responsibilities and differences between these two positions.

  • Roofing Team Leader

    Summary: The Roofing Team Leader is a mission-driven supervisor responsible for motivating their crew and overseeing high-quality project execution. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role balances hands-on technical work with customer relations and operational communication to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

    • Inspire Team

      Motivate members to do great, God-honoring work.

    • Assign Tasks

      Designate daily duties and ensure safety standards.

    • Customer Relations

      Connect with customers throughout the entire project.

    • Operational Reporting

      Communicate progress and material needs to management.

    • Improve Flow

      Identify business "pinch points" and suggest remedies.

    • Site Care

      Create a clean, safe, and professional jobsite.

    Core Focus: To coordinate daily business with grace and excellence, ensuring all actions reflect the company’s vision and core values.

  • Roofing Tech

    Summary: The Roofing Tech provides essential onsite labor and support, focusing on the safe and high-quality installation of roofing systems. Reporting to their Team Leader, they are responsible for maintaining a clean workspace and executing specific tasks that align with the company's standards and spiritual values.

      Load materials and prepare trucks for jobsites.

      Keep a very clean jobsite every day.

      Suggest production flow improvements to the manager.
